Courtyard by Marriott Houston Sugar Land/Stafford

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Sugar Land Houston and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—situated near a variety of great restaurants, convenience stores, and with quick, easy access to the highway, making it a perfect base for getting around the area. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy and the space had everything I needed for a short stay. However, the bathroom and shower area felt a bit dated and could definitely benefit from a modern refresh to match the rest of the room’s comfort and quality. Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with solid amenities, this is a great option—just hoping to see some bathroom updates in the near future!

One of the best Courtyard by Marriott I've ever been, super ample free parking, nice lobby with bistro restaurant, bar, and Starbucks coffee. The rooms are spacious, clean with nice layout. Everything looks in like new condition and smells fresh throughout the property. The desk employees are superb, attentive and genuinely caring. Felicia is amazing, friendly and chatty and overall the whole staff has been incredible. No free breakfast included but if you are elite, you will have the choice of points or 20 dollars per day to spend at the bistro on breakfast, lunch or even the Starbucks. A real hidden gem just outside the busy Houston.

Hotel was clean and the staff is very friendly. I took one start of it rooms because the bathroom door wouldn't close unless moving around the toilet. Live small but overall an excellent experience. I would go back

Exceptional Customer Service from Start to Finish with about 18 rooms in our group. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located at 12655 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the customer service was truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or staff we passed throughout the property, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued. It’s rare to experience such consistent excellence across all departments, and it speaks volumes about the leadership and culture of this hotel. The team didn’t just do their jobs — they made our stay memorable. Because of the outstanding service, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Exceptional service and quality hotel. Scales the level of JW Marriott. Beautiful room. Amenities functioning, power flush toilet, hot running water, firm bedding, and more. Super friendly staff everywhere I encountered. Found to be a fun hotel to stay at and the price point was on par - right on. Plenty of parking and right off main strip. Thank management for taking care of business here.

The hotel was so sweet and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nice. Housekeeping did an excellent job. It was too cold to go swimming but the pool look beautiful.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Upon walking and I instantly felt like I was part of the family. I was greeted by Ms. Linda, who was so warm. The housekeepers were the sweetest ladies you will ever meet and they were so thorough. My breakfast was cooked both days by KAFI! She is the sweetest lady from New Orleans and is a wonderful conversationalist! Also, the manager Marco it’s super warm and it’s truly a team player! I cannot remember everyone’s name, but the staff in both the morning and the evening were absolutely beautiful people! I would 100% recommend staying at this location. Very clean and many options for dining.
